2. Merchant of Record

Payments for Vondaro subscriptions are processed by our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Ltd. Your order receipt and invoices come from Paddle, and any refund is issued through Paddle to the original payment method. You can manage your subscription and billing details from the link in your Paddle receipt email, or by contacting us.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

  • Paid plans are subscriptions billed in advance, monthly or annually as selected at checkout.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled.
  • Prices are shown on our Pricing page in the applicable currency (HUF, EUR, or USD), inclusive of any taxes Paddle is required to collect.
  • A free plan is available with no payment required.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account billing page or by emailing hello@vondaro.io. When you cancel:

  • Your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period that has already been paid for.
  • You will not be charged again after cancellation.
  • We do not charge any cancellation fee.

5. Refunds

Because Vondaro is a digital service that is available immediately after purchase, our refund policy is as follows:

  • 14-day money-back guarantee (new subscriptions): If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment for a plan. This applies to the initial purchase of a subscription, not to subsequent renewals.
  • Renewals: Recurring renewal charges are generally non-refundable once the new billing period has started. To avoid being charged for the next period, cancel before the renewal date.
  • Partial periods: We do not provide pro-rated refunds for the unused portion of a billing period after the 14-day window.
  • Annual plans: The 14-day money-back guarantee also applies to a new annual subscription. After 14 days, the annual term is non-refundable, but you can cancel to prevent the next renewal.

We may grant refunds outside this policy at our discretion — for example, in case of a confirmed technical fault that prevented you from using the service, or a duplicate or accidental charge.

6. Statutory Rights (EU / EEA / UK Consumers)

If you are a consumer in the EU, EEA, or UK, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts. For digital services, this right ends once performance has begun with your express consent and your acknowledgement that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal. Where the right still applies, it is at least as favourable as the 14-day guarantee above. These statutory rights are not affected by this policy.

7. How to Request a Refund

Email hello@vondaro.io from the address associated with your account, including your order/receipt number from Paddle. We aim to respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed by Paddle to your original payment method; the time for the funds to appear depends on your bank or card provider.

8. Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first — we will resolve eligible cases faster than a bank dispute. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension of the account while the dispute is reviewed.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted on this page, and the "last updated" date will be revised. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
